Outreach for the Poor
TCA and IHPCC are wholly committed in obeying Jesus’ command in Matthew 28:19-20
As of August, 2021, it has 6 Community outreaches to the poor composed of 143 kids and 80 Adults.
TCA teachers/staff who are also members of IHPCC does weekly outreach. They do weekly Bible study, games for children, singing, prayer, counselling and feeding program.
KA and other donors provides financial support for their feeding program, financial assistance, giving of clothes, toys, arts supplies, rice and groceries, blankets, towels, sleeping mats, and various needs.
This is one of the community that we do outreach. It’s a village in San Jose (squatter area). Their main livelihood is carpentry/masonry which are seasonal and tricycle drivers.
Our focus are the children – there are about 100 of them in this area.

Built an assembly area- shelter from storm and heat of the sun
Shared the gospel and prayed for them before giving the Xmas package. They were very receptive and hungry for God’s word. Truly, the harvest is ripe
Puppet show about the Gospel – it’s a very powerful and effective tool to draw the attention of the children and also adults in explaining the truth of the gospel especially for the unchurched.
The puppeteers stirred enthusiasm among the kids. The kids had to participate by answering some questions. We were amazed that they understood the main points of the Gospel.
After the puppet show, the audience were led to confess their sins and pray to Jesus. The kids were very responsive. This is the BEST part… the seed of God’s word have been planted.
